Confidence isn’t built in a day — it’s like a muscle that needs to be worked out daily and it’s something that will grow stronger over time when you give it the attention it needs.

Inside you is a young version of yourself who has been through a lot over the years. When you came into this world, you didn’t have preconceived notions of judgment or hardships built into your consciousness. You were a blank slate, prone to absorb the world around you, no matter how “good” or “bad” it was.

As a result, much of your self-worth was developed in your formative years and those environments are key contributors to the feelings you experience about yourself today. Even the most positive homes have discord or uneasy times, but it’s the way they are handled and how messages are both sent and received that form a person’s paradigm — the basis of underlying confidence.

Your paradigm is POWERFUL — it is made up of a set of beliefs that control your deepest thoughts and is usually something that needs to be shifted and worked on in order to have a fully free and courageous life. Your paradigm and beliefs about yourself can be tough to change, but it is certainly possible to dig in and alter your programming by consistently working on yourself.
